Shosuke TaniharaA full marathon will be held for the first time in my hometown, Yokohama. You can feel the seaside of the first port city in Japan at this course. I hope all of you will enjoy the beautiful views –Minato Mirai, Yokohama Stadium, Yokohama China Town and Metropolitan Expressway. Please enjoy the event with your families and friends.

It must be absolutely fun to run through sightseeing spots in Yokohama and even highway! I can’t wait! There are some ways to participate in the event for those who think that marathon is too difficult- volunteers, cheers on the sidelines and so on. You MUST join the very first commemorable event.

Isao YonedaAt Athens 2004 Olympic I won a gold medal as a captain of Japan Men’s Gymnastic.
After my retiring, I tried full marathons three times. The accomplishment of full marathon is equal to that of gold medal. Let’s do the best to finish the marathon!
